and are for my personal and non commercial use. I agree not to
display, copy, sell or distribute to other people or businesses
or use for any commercial purpose, any of the material contained
within or received from THAIS. I understand and accept that I
may be liable for penalties and/or my subscription may be terminated
for any misuse or reported misuse or abuse of THAIS materials,
services, clients or for using THAIS materials for any purposes
outside the themes of this service and the terms of this agreement.
I also agree and accept that THAIS cannot guarantee performance,
responses or accuracy of their materials nor does THAIS do background
checks on any of their clients. I accept all risk for the use
of THAIS materials and services and waive my rights to any claims
for liabilities, expenses or damages "et all" against
THAIS, its owners, agents or any others associated with THAIS.
I also agree to abide by U.S. Immigration Laws and consult an
Immigration Attorney for Immigration information. I understand
that THAIS is not an authority on Immigration Laws. I agree not
to use THAIS materials or services for any illegal purpose or
anywhere prohibited by law. I understand that THAIS is not a
matchmaker or marriage broker or dating service and that THAIS
services and materials are for correspondence purposes only.
I acknowledge and accept that THAIS has a "no refund
policy" and that all sales are final. I also understand
that due to Thai customs and social perceptions and in the best
interests of our Asian clients, we cannot accept prisoners as
customers. Sending this form and-or payment and-or requesting
THAIS services verbally, in writting signed or unsigned, fax,
E-Mail, etc. is an acceptance of the THAIS disclaimer and agreement

company to purchase our services posing as a client in order

by ourselves through advertising and word of mouth. We do not
use the mailing lists of others and we do not buy mailing lists

THAIS requires that you keep all
of THAIS materials CONFIDENTIAL. This means that you are not
supposed to copy or give away or share with others, display,
or redistribute our materials. |

in Thailand and we would appreciate it if you would NOT display
your catalog and other materials in Thailand to protect the PRIVACY
of our Thai Clients. Please respect the privacy of our female
